 The Agenda gives an overview of your own agenda en tasklist ánd of of the one of your collegues. Per day, per month, per year: through the Agenda you can plan meetings and actions and find a time where everybody is available. This way you can reserve a meetingroom, beamer, ... and all other things you need. The Agenda of Efficy is complete and versatile and fully compatible with Outlook. Efficy has the advantage that all actions are immediately connected to companies, contactpersons, document-archive, sales, etc. If you have an Exchange server available Outlook and Efficy will automatically synchronize and otherwise you can always synchronize manually. If a collegue does not have Efficy they can use the Efficy-agenda throug Outlook.
